Template Update: We have added a new field allowing rate increase emails to state the full bill rate including all rate modifiers!
Rates: Rate Adjustment or Increase: We have added a new section that allows you to recalculate Percent Rate Modifications.
Technician Time Reconciliation Changes
Technician Time Change Workflow Updates:
We have updated the workflow process when editing or updating time clocks through MaidCentral. You will now have a secondary option to "Send for Review" for all timeclock changes for employees to review and approve.

Skip and Lockout fees can now be set up to automatically create additional pay for the employees assigned to that job!
Within each scope of work found under the Company > Quoting and Scopes > Scopes of Work > Rates and Fees - You will see new settings for technician split on Skip+Lockout fees

Viewing as Employee: Update Job Worksheet to match what the Technician would see
Previously when "Viewing as Employee" the system would show you slightly different results as it knew your permission when viewing, this will no longer be the case and you will see exactly what the employee does
Dispatch Board, Job Tag Report: Filter by Billings Terms
The Dispatch Board can now be filtered by billing terms under Advanced filtering!
Employee Details > Additional Pay: Show link to Job Edit Modal for Tips
Inside the employee profile a new column can be seen under Additional Pay, this column will display the job ID number and link back to the job edit model
Employee Late > If team's Start Location is Technician Home: Logic now uses the first job start time to determine late
Previously the late logic worked solely off the technician's scheduled start time, this caused confusion and inaccuracy when employees were starting from home, and their 1st job was scheduled after their start time.
Job has to be scheduled after the employee's scheduled start time if the Grace period is still used
