There are 4 Notification features you can enable or disable, settings for when daily reminder notifications are automatically sent, 3 template types you can edit and personalize, and the Daily Notification report.
Company General Features
· Notifications: Automatically Send Notifications Enable the Notification feature to automatically send auto Daily Job Reminders. You can adjust when the notifications are sent on the General Tab.
· Notifications: Ignore Not Scheduled Jobs Don't send reminder notifications for jobs on the Not Scheduled team.
· Notifications: Time Window After Business Hours Start Adjust notification window start time to be equal to or after business hours start time.
· Notifications: Time Window Before Business Hours End Adjust notification window start time to be equal to or before business hours end time.
Company General
· Daily Notification Time -- Time of day reminders will automatically send
· Notification Window Start (minutes) -- The number of minutes added to the start time to calculate the start of the notification window. Negative numbers will subtract from the start time.
· Notification Window End (minutes) -- The number of minutes added to the start time to calculate the end of the notification window.
