MaidCentral's Daily Notifications Report allows you to quickly, and easily monitor notifications, whos getting them, if they were sent, what notification, and a way to resend them as well!
This report can be found directly from your dashboard under Reports All > Daily Notifications.
This report contains a detailed List of your reminder notifications (notification reminders) sent, if they were sent and received, and the option to resend if needed!
We highly recommend checking this report every day to make sure all the proper notifications were sent out!
Columns include:
Job Date
Job Time (current)
Job Time (when sent)
Customer Name
Service Set Type
Notification Event
Notification Type
Contact Info
Sent
Received
and the option Send Updated Notification.
