New Features

  • Scorecard Updates

    • Scorecards Results can now be exported as a CSV or Excel file

    • Technicians' names will be displayed  on scorecards in the Customer Profile > Scorecards tab making it clear who received that score

  • Customer Campaigns Updates

    • Customer Campaign, Customer Portal Invite, and Global Customer Campaign now have customers' Start Date which lets you find your newest or long-time customers

  • Ticket Kanban

    • Never miss a text again! On the Ticket Kanban, a sound will play whenever a new ticket opens

  • Photos to Rooms

    • Images can now be added to rooms in the Home Level > Room Master tab or Service Set tab > Rooms using the Upload button

Fixed

  • In Zapier, Job Completed trigger pulling Customers who did not have a completed job

  • Automatically Send Notifications feature was not applying when disabled and notifications were still sent out automatically

  • Maximum Sick Carry Over was not applying and Sick Hours were resetting to 0

  • Credit Card Transactions report could not be exported

  • Preauthorization charge did not "move" with the job if the job was Moved to a different day

  • Tooltip did not display information about columns on the Payroll Summary

  • "Select All" checkbox was not selecting or deselecting all jobs on Batch Invoice

  • In Zapier, Cancellation Trigger was pulling One Time Cleans

  • Internal Server Error was appearing when trying to upload payroll to Inova
