    • With this build comes the brand new Customer Portal! We have completely redesigned the Customer Portal and its Interface to bring you and your customers an easier-to-use portal with all the current features + new features such as.

New Features

  • Scorecard Changes: Customer Portal

    • As part of the Customer Portal 2.0, scorecards are now inside the Customer Portal. With this change also comes a newly updated Scorecard Look!

    • We have also added 2 new call to actions on the scorecard

          • If a customer is viewing a scorecard and not logged in they will get a call to action for viewing their Portal

        • To turn off % based tipping go to Company>General>Features and uncheck "Customer Portal: Show Percentage Tip Options"

          • If a customer is viewing a scorecard and does not have a Portal account they will get a call to action to create their Portal account

  • Additional Pay Page: Add Link for Managing Holidays

We have added a direct link into the Additional pay report to the Company Holidays report allowing you to more efficiently add Company Holidays and pay out additional pays!

  • Payroll: Don't apply minimum hourly wage to Trainees or Extra

    • Within your Company Settings, there is a minimum wage per job setting. Previously the trainee hourly wage was at a lower priority than the minimum wage per job, we have changed this to enable companies to set a minimum wage per job that is higher than their trainee pay

  • Additional pay not being created from Skips/Lockout jobs

  • Holiday additional pays adding to sick hours column

  • On The Way Notifications model appearing for the next job, when 1st Technician has already sent the Notification for the current job

  • Invoicing and Job Records -  Location PIN map fixed

  • Unable to change Default Card

  • Add Photo to job ticket - not being correctly sorted by ticket Kanban

  • Dispatch Board not showing team size
