Updates That Keep You Moving

We’ve been hard at work making your experience better than ever! With a focus on efficiency, clarity, and reliability, this build is engineered to improve daily tasks so that you can focus on what’s most important.

  • Easily view Internal Memos for your customers!  

    • Save yourself a click! If an Internal Memo is left in the Customer Details, it will be displayed on the Job Popover and the Job Edit Modal!

  • Updates with Paystri!

    • No need to go into each Customer Profile and set it for preauthorization! Preauthorization will be turned on for all customers with Credit Card set as their Billing Terms!

      • This will be enabled by default, but you can disable preauthorization in the Customer Details by clicking on the edit pencil in the orange box in the Customer Profile

    • Preauthorization workflow gets an update!

      • Already preauthorized a card and need to change the customer’s balance? Now, a second charge for just the balance will be re-run if it’s larger than the original preauthorized amount. This assures that your customer can cover the new balance for their clean!

  • Daily Overtime Calculation is now available!

    • Does your company do daily overtime instead of weekly? Now, you can automatically have it calculated for your payroll! If you live in a state that requires this, you can do it with ease using this feature.

    • To enable this for your instance, just go to the Company tab > General > Features > Payroll: Daily Overtime Pay and toggle this feature ON (see below)

    • You can click Settings to set a start date to have daily overtime begin taking effect. Overtime will only impact payroll data from the start date forward and defaults to the day after your last payroll period was closed.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Internal Server Error appearing when using the Agreed filter on the Search Leads/Quotes page has been fixed!

  • Search Leads/Quotes report has been fixed to show which lead has signed their agreement with a green check mark.

  • The Master Schedule was updated to no longer show any gaps or unusual spacing between each team

  • Sound for new tickets on the Ticket Kanban was inconsistent when multiple tickets were opening in a short time frame. Updated the Ticket Kanban to make sure a sound plays each time a ticket opens.

  • Implemented methods to the Invoicing and Job Records to prevent double-clicks from submitting the report twice

  • Implemented methods to improve speed and stability for reporting and dashboards

  • “Required” was not applying to Multiple Select List questions on quotes. This has been fixed! Multiple Select List questions marked as required will prevent someone from proceeding to the next step.

  • Required to Use PTO did not apply. This was fixed to require employees to use PTO if they have a PTO hours available.
