New Features
Additions to Dashboard Widgets!
Setting and tracking goals has never been simpler! Edit your goals right within the widget of your favorite dashboard with the goal view! These goals will override or use the Spotlight Dashboard report so you don't have to leave your preferred Dashboard.
Now available for the following widgets: Job Revenue Completed, Job Revenue Pending, Job Revenue Cancelled, Job Count Completed, Job Count Pending, Job Count Cancelled. If you are curious about Goal View, click here to learn more!
Rate Modifications Usage Report Update!
Trying to track rate mods? The Rate Modifications Usage report now includes Scopes of Work to help easily identify each rate mod! This report also includes how much revenue each rate mod adds and how many times it was used over a date range.
You can find this report under Reports > All Reports or by typing "Rate Modifications Usage" into the Search bar at the top of the page.
Keap and Zapier Update!
The Estimate URL will now populate in both, Keap and Zapier! This field will populate with the URL to the online booking form with the quote data pre-populated. This opens up the possibilities with your Keap or Zapier integration to push this URL into follow-up emails!
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Clock Change Requests will now update the Scheduled Work Start Time for employees! This will no longer require you to manually update the Scheduled Work Start Time after approving the request.
Uploading the Payroll Summary to Inova no longer creates an Internal Server Error. This has been fixed to ensure payroll is uploaded without issue.
Paystri preauthorizations charged or voided were not being displayed in MaidCentral. This has been fixed!
Exporting the Contact Tickets Report has been fixed to show Employee Names
