Submitting a ticket is a great way to get help on an issue. You can check the status of your ticket along with tickets from your organization.
To view your requests:
- Navigate to support.maidcentral.com
- In the top right choose Sign In
- Choose your name in the top right and select Requests from the dropdown
You will be able to see 3 categories of tickets:
- My Requests: You can view your requests and their statuses
- Requests I'm CC'd on: You can view requests that you are CC'd on and their statuses
- Organization Requests: If you are part of an organization within the MC Support System, you will see all tickets associated with that organization
- If you are not seeing your organization's tickets, please ask MaidCentral Support to add you to your organization.
Please Note: If you do not know your password, please choose 'Reset Password' from the Sign In pop-up.
