Automated Scorecard Reminders

Scorecards

An important metric in your business is customer satisfaction and scorecards provide a convenient way for your customers to let you know about their experience.

Easily view scorecards, with or without responses, in the Scorecard Results report located under the Reports tab > Customer Reports. This report can also be found by typing its name into the Search bar at the top of the page.

Manually Resend Scorecards

You can use this report to manually resend scorecards to customers who have not responded yet.

  • To find customers who have not completed the scorecard for a specific job, uncheck the box that says "Only Show Responses" at the top right of the report. Enter the date range of your choice, and click Update.

  • Now you can click "Resend Scorecard" and then "Confirm" to send the scorecard. The Response status of the scorecard will change to "Sent".

Automate Resending Scorecards

You can take the guesswork out of resending scorecards by automating this simple task!

  • First, you'll need to enable scorecards to be sent out automatically. Go to the Company tab > General > Features > Send Scorecards

  • On the far right side, you can toggle the "OFF" button to "ON" to enable scorecards to be automatically sent out when a job is completed. This is required to enable the automatic resending of scorecards.

  • There will be a second "Settings" and toggle for Automatic Reminders. You can toggle the switch to "ON" to have scorecards automatically resent when the customer has not responded.
  • Click on the second "Settings" to pick the Number of Reminders sent out and the Duration Between Each Reminder (see below).

  • Click "Save" and your automatic scorecards are ready to go!

Few things to note about this automation:

  • Scorecards will be sent at the same time of day as the original scorecard was sent out
  • This automation uses the same Scorecard templates as the original scorecard. You can review these templates for accuracy by going to the Company tab > Templates and typing "scorecard" in the Search bar. Templates may have a different name if you've updated them.
