Service Set Report -- Service Set Changes Report

Report has two sections with columns. Left Side: New Service Sets -- Right Side: Lost Service Sets

Columns on both sides of the report include the following columns: First Name, Last Name, Home Name, Service Set Type, Frequency, and Bill Rate.

Click the Settings tab. Adjust the Date Range/Service Set Type/ and Service Set Frequency. Report can be exported to Excel and also offers Column Visibility options.
