How to Turn Off Custom Transaction Numbers in Quickbooks Online

In this video, we continue the setup of connecting QuickBooks Online to our Maid Central account.

In this how-to, we walk through turning off custom transaction numbers.  This is to keep QBO from auto-generating invoice numbers.

• Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
• Select Sales.
• In Sales form content, select Edit ✎.
• Turn Custom transaction numbers on or off.
• Select Save, then select Done.
