How To Turn on and Manage Scorecard Emails, Tips, and Templates

MaidCentral gives you the ability to survey your customers after each cleaning using our Scorecard email feedback system.

Scorecards are a great way to get customer feedback, gauge employee feedback/reviews , and even allow customers to tip technicians after jobs are completed!

To enable Scorecards , Navigate under your Company Tab > General > General Tab > Scorecard Settings > Send Scorecards

You can personalize your Scorecard Email's and text from the Company Tab > Templates

Another Feature of Scorecards are tips! You can easily Add tips to all scorecards for customers whos  billing terms are set to credit card
