Scorecards are a great way to get customer feedback, gauge employee feedback/reviews , and even allow customers to tip technicians after jobs are completed!
To enable Scorecards , Navigate under your Company Tab > General > General Tab > Scorecard Settings > Send Scorecards
You can personalize your Scorecard Email's and text from the Company Tab > Templates
Another Feature of Scorecards are tips! You can easily Add tips to all scorecards for customers whos billing terms are set to credit card
