Build Highlights -
Last night our team introduced the following new features and feature enhancements.  The build went live on the evening of Thursday, September 29th, 2022

EPIC FEATURES

  • Keap Integration

Features & Updates

  • Broadcast Message access given to Office Role
  • Updates to the Availability Calendar Calculations: removed Not Scheduled from calculation
  • Additional Payroll Summary Columns: Sick Hours & Vacation Hours
  • Added Custom Employee Id Field on employee information
  • Tracking Hire and termination date history

Keap Integration

The Keap Integration has been enabled. This integration connects MaidCentral directly to Keap to allow for more extensive customer lifecycle campaigns.

Why it Matters:

Keap is a sales and marketing automation platform designed to help you grow.

Broadcast Message System Changes

We’ve moved Broadcast Messages to the Employees tab and given access to the Office Role.

Why it Matters:

Prior to this update, only Admins could use the Broadcast Message System. This was not flexible enough for most users, so we’ve changed the permissions to Office and above to help with that.

Availability Calculation Changes

A new feature has been added to the Company > General > Features page that, when enabled, will prevent Jobs on the Not Scheduled team from factoring into the Availability Calendar.

Why it Matters:

Prior to this update, Jobs on the Not Scheduled Team were being factored into Availability. In some cases, this was resulting in the Availability Calendar showing less availability than there actually was. Users now have the option of forcing the Availability Calendar to ignore Jobs that are on the not

scheduled team, increasing flexibility.

Payroll Summary Columns

A new field has been added to the payroll summary that will allow for a custom Payroll ID for use in other payroll processing applications. Additionally, the payroll summary will now display hours for Sick and PTO

Why it Matters:

Prior to this update, the ID, Sick Hours, and PTO all had to be manually tracked down and inputted. We’ve automated the process, saving you time during the payroll process.
