Job Schedule Updates
Settings are now available to customize the Schedulers throughout MaidCentral. From the Company Settings > General Tab, Users are able to customize Time Slot Increments, Default View of the right sidebar, Snap/Not Snap when dragging jobs, highlight Team Availability on the Job Scheduler and Show/Hide Business Hours by default.
Why it Matters:
This update adds several options to customize how you view schedulers in MaidCentral. This added flexibility will save users time in the office and create a more user-friendly experience.
Employee Internal Memo, Emergency Contact Info
Internal Memo and Emergency Contact information are available to edit on the Employee Info tab. The Employee Card will display an Internal Memo tag with a tooltip for viewing if there is an internal memo added for an employee.
Why it Matters:
We have added a dedicated field for Emergency Contacts. Internal Memos for employees have also been added. These function just like the internal memos for customer accounts.
Online Booking - Step 2 change button to Save Quote
The online booking tool will now display a “Save Quote” button when users are building their quotes.
Why it Matters:
This helps encourage customers to save their quotes to be accessed later. While this isn't the final update to this functionality this will help remind customers to save their quote if they want to access or book it again in the future.

Internal Quoting: Estimate Details - Book Now link Updates
When viewing the Estimate/Lead Details Page, the Book Now link now allows you to choose a different price for booking, without getting a new price on Step 2. A Modal appears with all the prices listed for the Quote with the ability to choose more than one Scope of Work and proceed to Step 3 to continue booking.
Why it Matters:
Prior to this update, clicking the “book” button in a quoted lead would take you to the third step of the internal quote, losing any manual changes made to the hourly rate in the process. Those changes will be remembered, and a popup will allow you to choose frequencies and multiple scopes on the quote. This eliminates the need to rebuild their selections when booking and will save office time.

Employee Stats - Option to include Terminated Employees
The employee stats report will now feature a checkbox, that when ticked, will include terminated employees (who worked during the selected date range) on the report.
Why it Matters:
This is a great way to compare current data to old employee performance data. Enabling terminated employees can show what your company's attendance, quality, productivity, and efficiency were during any given time.
