Twilio Sign In Pop Up

This ‘Sign in’ prompt from Twilio will appear if you attempt to access a media file in MaidCentral that was sent in via text.

To disable this feature, log in to Twilio and go to Messaging > Settings > General and change the HTTP Basic Authentication for media access setting to Disabled.
