MaidCentral gives you the ability to track your customers who have keys through a Home Tag, as well as a Key Tag Report!
Tag:
The "Keys" tag seen below is required to populate the Key Report, clients homes that are not tagged as having keys will not show on the below report!
This tag is added at the Home Level - From the customer's home information, edit, and enable "Keys" tag
Report:
Found under the Reports Tab > All Reports. You can use the "Key Report" to pull a list of Key, ID and customer information attached to those Key Ids!
This report will display the Key ID associated with the customer, the customer's First and Last name, Company name, and Home Name
** Key IDs Can be assigned under the Home Information > Edit seen above, in the same section that tags are edited.
