Employees' accounts can get locked for many reasons; this article will outline how to unlock them and get back into MaidCentral!
Locked:
An employee account can become automatically locked for many reasons; too many failed passwords and entering a "termination date" are the two main reasons the system will lock an account.
MaidCentral gives you the ability to lock accounts as well manually! You can do this from inside an employee profile, found under the Employee Tab > Search Employees
Once inside the Employee Profile Under the "User Account" Tab, clicking on the Red "Lock Account " button will lock the employee's account, making it unable to be accessed.
An Employee's account, when locked will produce the below message when attempting to log in.
Unlocking:
Fixing this is easy and doable for any office staff! This can be corrected under the Employee Profile Found under the Employee Tab> Search Employee's
Once inside the Employee Profile Under the "User Account" Tab, clicking on the Green "Unlock Account" button will unlock the employee’s account.
