There are 4 Notification features you can enable or disable, settings for when daily reminder notifications are automatically sent, 3 template types you can edit and personalize, and the Daily Notification report.

Company General Features

· Notifications: Automatically Send Notifications Enable the Notification feature to automatically send auto Daily Job Reminders. You can adjust when the notifications are sent on the General Tab.

· Notifications: Ignore Not Scheduled Jobs Don't send reminder notifications for jobs on the Not Scheduled team.

· Notifications: Time Window After Business Hours Start Adjust notification window start time to be equal to or after business hours start time.

· Notifications: Time Window Before Business Hours End Adjust notification window start time to be equal to or before business hours end time.

Company General

· Daily Notification Time -- Time of day reminders will automatically send

· Notification Window Start (minutes) -- The number of minutes added to the start time to calculate the start of the notification window. Negative numbers will subtract from the start time.

· Notification Window End (minutes) -- The number of minutes added to the start time to calculate the end of the notification window.

· Business Hours Open

· Business Hours Close

· Day Before Notification - Daily/Weekly Notification - Daily/Weekly Email Email that is sent to remind customers of service. - Notification sent to remind about an upcoming job.

Do Automated Text Messages Go Out on Weekends?

NO

When running automated campaigns there may be a time when a text is scheduled to go out on a weekend day/night based on your campaign rules.

If the text notification happens to fall on the weekend, the text will go out on the following Monday, at the start of your business hours. Business hours are set under Company > General
