This report is found under the Reports > All Reports > Customer Scorecard Stats.
This Report can be exported to Excel. by clicking the "Excel" button at the top right of the report
Column breakdown for this report:
Last Name
First Name
Last Cleaning
Next Cleaning
Last scorecard Sent
Last Response
Days since last scorecard response.
Use the data from this report, such as Days since the Last Response and Next Cleaning, to encourage your customers/clients to fill out their Scorecard Emails.
