New Features:
Smarter Search with Ctrl+K
Searching just got a whole lot better. We’ve improved keyword functionality in the Ctrl+K and Search Bar, making it simpler to find exactly what you need across the platform.
Easier Sales Tax Management
Sales tax will be determined by the QuickBooks Item to which a Rate Mod and a Scope of Work are set to help simplify sales tax management! Please ensure that your scopes of work and rate mods are set to the appropriate QuickBooks Item to avoid any sales tax issues moving forward.
Go to Company > Other > Quoting and Scopes > Scopes of Work or Rate Mod tabs. Once inside the rate mod or scope of work, verify that the QuickBooks Item is the correct product/service from your QuickBooks account. In your QuickBooks account, you will also want to verify that these products/services have the appropriate tax setting.

Dismiss Job Schedule Notifications
Tired of Job Notifications alerts piling up on the Job Schedule? You can now dismiss notifications with a click. Say goodbye to notification clutter!
Hide Discounts from Techs (Optional)
When this feature is turned on, discounts are hidden from technicians on the job worksheet. This keeps the job worksheet cleaner for your technicians! Go to Company > General > Features > Tech Dashboard: Hide Discounts to enable this feature.
Room Name Updates
We’ve updated terminology to better reflect industry standards:
Master Bedroom → Primary Bedroom
Master Bathroom → Primary Bathroom
Clock-Out Surveys for Technicians
Looking for more feedback? Once enabled, your techs will see a survey when they clock out. This is great for capturing insights at the end of the workday! Go to Company > Settings > Questionnaire to enable the Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Invoice Activity for Your Customers
We’ve updated the Customer Portal to include an Invoice Activity Section for transparency! Now your customers can have additional information on their invoice.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Fixed an issue where 2FA codes were being sent multiple times
Resolved the bars not loading on the Invoicing and Job Records report
Blackout dates were not appearing beyond the current month view. This has been fixed, and blackout dates are visible beyond the month you are currently viewing in the Technician Dashboard and the Employee Profile > Availability tab
Disable Preauth setting in the Customer Details did not uncheck the customer on the Credit Card Preauthorization report. This was updated, and now the customer will be unchecked if that setting is enabled.
Improved login error messaging for locked accounts after too many attempts. Will now say “Your account is temporarily locked due to too many incorrect password attempts, please try again later.”
Allowed hours were not updating in the rate log after a job was completed with Hourly Billing. This has been fixed, and allowed hours will update after each job’s completion.
An Internal Server Error appeared when clicking “View” on a Bulk Rate Mod. This has been fixed.
Fixed issue with recurring jobs being re-added unexpectedly.
Events in the past were duplicated on the Job Schedule. This has been fixed.
Updated icon and tooltip for "Preferred Contact" to be clearer on the Job Modal
Changes made to recurring events only applied to the current event. Future recurring events now update properly when changes are made.
Editing the Default Teams in the service set was not updating future jobs. This has been fixed, and future jobs will display the newly set Default Teams.
