Rate Mods
Creating the rate mods for every scope of work you have can be tedious and time-consuming. Now, you can easily create one rate mod for multiple scopes! This will save you time and security, knowing all the rate mods are the same from the start.

Bug Fixes and Improvements!
Web APP:
When added through a quote, Bulk Rate Mods were applied as a Custom rate mod type. This has been fixed, and Bulk Rate Mods will now reflect the correct type.
The Charge Card amount on an invoice was fixed! It showed the full balance of the invoice rather than just the remaining amount to be charged.
Discounts were not saved on quotes and transferred over to jobs after booking that quote, and this has been fixed!
Leads created through an API were not triggering initial automatic emails. This has been fixed, and the initial emails will be sent!
The Sales KPI v2 report displayed the quote date as the lead created date. This has been fixed!
Paystri:
After preauthorizing a card for an amount and then changing the bill rate for the job to a different amount, the card was charged for the initial preauthorized amount. This was fixed! The card will only be charged for the correct bill rate.
Decline errors were not displayed on the Invoice and Job Records report. This has been updated, and decline errors are visible.
Mobile App:
Several UI enhancements including colors to align with the Metronic color palette, revamping the layout for job details, and updating the Team list to handle and bettter display longer names
If there was an initial error during log in attempt, such as a wrong password, the error message remained after after 2FA prompt. This was fixed and the error should be dismissed after 2FA.
If there was a Time Off request, the Scheduled Work Start time is set to the start time of that request when the technician tries to clock in through the app. This was mainly impacting technicians who’s Time Off request was set to start at a different time than their day. This has been fixed! Scheduled Work Start time will either go to their scheduled start time for that day or when they clock in depending on settings.
Approving a Clock Change Request does not make the page refresh automatically to show the updated status. This has been fixed, and the page should refresh after approving the request.
Fixed the Time to Complete not updating if a technician checked into a job in progress.
Fixed an event in progress not allowing a technician to check in to that event through the app
