When comparing these reports you may expect them to be the exact same but these reports aren't going to match. Sales KPIs is counting Service Sets. Stats by Week is counting Customers.
Sales - Recurring (No Quote): Does not count customers who have had service in the last 6 months. This data is being calculated based on when the jobs are Scheduled (Job Date Created) which isn't as accurate as if they were using the quoting tool.
Loss - Recurring: Count lost customers based on Cancelled Service Contact Ticket. If a customer was sold and lost multiple times they would be counted multiple times.
Stats by Week
Customer Count: Counting Customers with 6+ future pending jobs.
