A PRO TIP on how to make sure you can see which Service Set Types (SST) appear on your Revenue Production Planning Report (RPP).

When planning your day and seeing your revenue, pending jobs, allowed hours, scheduled hours, and unused hours on your RPP report, be sure to first determine which SST you want to be included in that data.  

To select the required SST go to Reports > Dashboards > Kiosk Dashboard.  From the Settings tab, check mark the desired SST.  Select the SST and Click Save.

Some companies might offer carpet cleaning for example, and have that as a SST but not want to be reflected in their settings for revenue and jobs on their RRP report.
