Many companies often encounter situations where a weekly customer requires a comprehensive deep cleaning of their entire house once a month or a monthly service that differs from their regular weekly cleanings. Although it is possible to schedule both a weekly service set and a monthly service set and cancel the weekly job when they overlap, there is another option that avoids any overlapping service sets.
To achieve this, we can create three service sets. The first service set would be scheduled every two weeks to accommodate the small rotation, while the second service set would be scheduled every four weeks to address the small rotation as well. Lastly, the third service set, also scheduled every four weeks, would cater to the large rotation. We'll schedule the 2 every four weeks service sets to alternate around the every two weeks service set.
The four-week rotation would look like this:
2w: Small Rotation
4w: Small Rotation
2w: Small Rotation
4w: Large Rotation ... repeat
