Along with the ability to send and manage scorecards, MaidCentral gives you the ability to easily track, manage and resend scorecards through the Scorecard Results Report!
This report can be found under the Reports Tab > Scorecard Results
This report shows all scorecards for a set period of time.
Columns include: Customer, Home Name, Job Date, email, technicians (techs), response date, response, trend up (a positive trend with green up arrow) or down (negative trend red down arrow), comments, Contact Ticket (allows you to tag it as a compliment, complaint, or breakage), Exclude from Employees (allows for you to not include the score towards the employees/technicians who cleaned the home if the feedback had nothing to do with the cleaning or something the team did)
- EX. Office staff moved the cleaning time and didn't tell the client so they're upset about arrival time. Exclude from employees will exclude it from the total they see on their dashboard and will exclude the scorecard from the employees overall scorecard percentage.
- Exclude from testimonial - will NOT remove any comments from the technician's view
Report does includes a Search feature.
Report can be exported to Excel
- In the top right of the report uncheck "Only Show Responses" and choose update.
- Any scorecards lacking a response will show a Resend Scorecard button.
