Here are the instructions on how to turn the Behind Schedule Notifications Feature completely off. This feature is available to keep your office staff in the know, if a team is behind schedule getting to a job. The job is deemed behind schedule when the clock line passes the start time for the job.
If the feature was turned on and tickets were opened and are currently on your dashboard, you will have to close the open tickets that have already been created on the dashboard to get rid of those tickets.
