In the below article, we will outline how to take a screenshot on several different devices.
Windows:
To take a screenshot on windows you have 2 options
Snippet Tool:
By pressing the Windows Key + Shift + S, your screen will go grey and allow you to click and drag a snippet window and select the screenshot you want
This will automatically go to your clipboard and can be pasted within Chats, Paint, or other windows!

Screenshot:
To take a quick screenshot of the active window, use the keyboard shortcut Alt + PrtScn. This will snap your currently active window and copy the screenshot to the clipboard.
Mac: 
To take a screenshot, press and hold these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 3.
If you see a thumbnail in the corner of your screen, click it to edit the screenshot. Or wait for the screenshot to save to your desktop.
Once saved this image can be added to chats, emails, or communications!
