Features - Behind Schedule

Under Company > General Features there are two Behind Schedule features. Below are their functions described.

If the Feature: Behind Schedule Job Notifications is turned on, tickets will be created if the job is more than 1 hour behind. This is currently hard coded.

The Job Schedule Status: Behind Schedule is determined if the Scheduled Start Time has past and Technicians have not clocked into the Job yet.
