Customer and Schedule Efficiency Map

In every business, the goal is to be as efficient as possible. This includes your day to day drive time between houses in the professional house cleaning business. MaidCentral offers a Schedule Efficiency and Customer Efficiency maps.

• W = Every Week (weekly)

  B = Every Two Weeks (bi-weekly)

  T = Every Three Weeks

  M = Every Four Weeks (monthly)

  S = Single

  O = Other Recurring

  D = On Demand

  1 = Monday = Yellow
  2 = Tuesday = Pink
  3 = Wednesday = Purple
  4 = Thursday = Orange
  5 = Friday = Blue

  6 = Saturday =  Green

  0 = Sunday = Red

Schedule Efficiency Map -

The schedule Efficiency Map not only allows you to view the jobs for the selected day but see the location on the map, and maximize the output for your technicians and revenue for each day

Below is the breakdown for a team seen on the schedule efficiency map, team 00 starting and ending at their homes, and Team 02 starting and ending at the office

• Each Team's breakdown will start and end with displaying the "Home" Address of the Technician or The Office based on the settings under the company Tab > Teams 

• Clock Drive Time - Time between jobs that technicians will be clocked in, but not on jobs
• Clock Miles - Estimated Miles the technician will drive on the clock
