How is Efficiency Calculated for my Technicians?

Features - There are different places inside of MaidCentral where you'll find efficiency percentages for your cleaning professionals.

For example, when a technician clocks in and out of a job each day, they'll see an efficiency percentage.  This percentage is based on the single day you are viewing.  It takes the total job clock time, divided by the total employee clock time.

If Sally gets to the office or her first job and Clocks in for the day at 8:30AM, checks into her 1st job at 9AM and checks out at 11AM.  Drives to her next job and checks in at 11:30 and checks out at 2PM.  That would mean Sally was cleaning for 4.5 hours of her day and had an hour of travel time.  Her efficiency for the day would be 4.5/5.5 = 81.8% for the day.

You can also find an efficiency percentage for each employee on the Employee Stats report.  This percentage takes the total job clock time divided by the total employee clock time for the date range you've selected.
