Troubleshooting -- Why is my Tech Showing Negative Time on the Payroll Summary?

Payroll -
When a technician has a bad time punch (clock in/clock out or check in/out), this will cause an error that records their Drive and Office time in the negative in the Payroll Summary.

Once you find the bad time punch within the pay period, this error can be fixed by adjusting the employee's timeclock under Employees Daily Timeclocks Clocks Tab.  EX.  Sally time was changed by someone in the office.  They set her clock in time for the day at 8:15 AM.  But Sally was checked into her first job for the day at 8.04AM.  A technician cannot be checked into a job before they are clocked into the day.  The system does not know how to calculate their time.

Once the bad time punch is corrected, refresh your screen and the negative hours should be adjusted to be back in the positive.
