Using the Payroll Summary Realtime report to see if any Employees are Nearing Overtime for the Week

Payroll - Here is where you would look for anyone who could potentially hit overtime (OT):

Company > All Reports > Payroll Summary (Real Time)

This is best checked on a Wednesday or Thursday to guage how many job hours they have clocked for the week.  This way you can determine how many hours they can work the next two days or one day to keep them from going into Overtime pay.

PLEASE NOTE -- Maid Central Payroll Summary currently only calculates the Overtime Premium on a week-by-week basis. If you do not pay weekly and pay every two weeks, for example, you'll have to review the payroll one week at a time and add it together in order to have accurate OT calculations.
