Payroll Options -- Captain Trainee Dollar/Percentage

In Maid Central you have the capability to set an additional percentage or dollar amount for Captains or Team Members to receive when training, or working with another technician who is assigned as a "trainee"

When two technicians are working together and at least one is a Trainee, MaidCentral will allow you to automatically add the additional pay to that one other tech working with the trainee.

Under the Company Tab > General > Payroll Options you can setup your "Captain Trainee Percent" and your "Captain Trainee Dollar"

- Captain Trainee Dollar : This will increase the pay for Captains and Team Members when paired with a Trainee, for jobs that pay by the Hour, or Allowed Hours

- Captain Trainee Percent : This will increase the pay for Captains and Team Members when paired with a Trainee, for jobs that pay by Commission, or "Fee Split"

In this video we demonstrate what the pay does if there are 2 Team Members with a Trainee OR 2 Captains with a Trainee. And how to adjust their pay, if you desire, on the Invoicing and Job Records report. OR how to use your employee schedule before the day gets started to set each technician with the user role in accordance for how you want them to be paid for those jobs that day.

Please Note - we used Captain Trainee Dollar (not Captain Trainee Percentage) - they will both work in the same manner
