We would like to express our appreciation for your contributions and have made significant improvements based on the valuable input received during the beta testing phase. We are ecstatic to announce that we have officially launched the New Sales KPI report for all our partners!
The New Sales KPI report has been designed to enhance the way you track and analyze sales performance. It offers comprehensive insights and key metrics that will empower you to make informed business decisions.
To ensure a smooth transition, the old Sales KPI report, previously located under the Company Tab, has been replaced by the New Sales KPI report. You will notice a prominent "New" banner accompanying the report for the next few weeks, allowing you to easily identify the update that this report is new and updated!

Employee Time Clock History Popover

We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances the visibility and transparency of edits made to Employee Day Clocks. Similar to Job Clocks, we have implemented a visual indicator to indicate any edits made to an employee's clock. A yellow Clock icon will now appear alongside the respective clock entry, drawing attention to the edited status.
This enhancement allows users to quickly identify which clocks have been modified, providing valuable information about changes made to an employee's clock-in or clock-out time. By hovering over the Clock icon, users will be able to view a detailed tooltip that specifies the exact nature of the edit, as well as the user who made the modification.
- This data will backdate for all partners from 2017 until the current date and as you move forward!
Lead Search: Change color for Contacted and After Follow Up
- Previously, distinguishing between "Contacted" and "Follow up" leads, as well as "Booked" and "After Follow up" leads, posed a challenge due to the colors assigned to them. In response to this feedback, we have made significant changes by modifying the color scheme, making it easier to differentiate between these lead statuses.
QuickBooks: Set Ship From Address to Home Address when Creating Invoices
- We received some reports of issues with sales tax due to customers having multiple homes in different taxable regions, this change should allow you to set the ship from address to the home address when creating invoices, helping avoid these tax issues from QBO
Quote Details: Notes show email activity (click, open, etc.)
- We are delighted to announce an exciting enhancement to our system involving the integration of Sendgrid events with the quote notes functionality. Going forward, users will be able to conveniently access Sendgrid event information by simply hovering over the red clock icon associated with any email. This feature will provide valuable insights into the status and engagement metrics of each email, including sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and more.
Service Set Edit: Update All Pending Jobs - Only update if Default Time or Default Teams changes
- After conducting a thorough analysis of our scheduling processes, we have identified an issue related to conflicts arising from a default feature that was being enabled when making changes to default teams or default times. Going forward, the checkbox for the feature "update this and future jobs" will be unchecked by default when making changes to Default Times and Teams.
Team Mileage: Round miles to 2 decimal places
We have implemented an important enhancement to the Team Mileage report. The modification involves adjusting the rounding of mileage figures to two decimal places, instead of rounding to the nearest whole number as previously done. This alteration is expected to significantly improve the accuracy of reporting and payment calculations for partners, especially those who rely on mileage reimbursement
Exclude Trainee from Tips and Prorate Tips
- You will see 2 new features under your Company > General > Features tab allowing you to prorate tips, and have tips be excluded from trainees!

Scheduler: Company setting for available background color
On October 22nd, 2022, we introduced a new feature to the job schedule that highlighted employee availability in green. However, based on user feedback, we understand that different users have different preferences for color customization. To address this, we have further enhanced the feature by allowing you to choose your preferred color for highlighting technicians' available time on the job schedule.
- This feature can be found and changed under your Company Tab > General, scroll to the bottom, and under Scheduler Settings, you will be able to change your "Available Background Color"
