New Features

MC 2.0: Online Booking - Feature: Don't show pricing until Step 3

    • We have received concerns from multiple partners, that customers who are filling out their online forms are not saving the quote after seeing the price on step 2. As such we have added a new feature under the Company tab > General >Features tab that will allow you to hide pricing until the quote is saved and the customer is on step 3  

Updated Features

Job Scheduler: Edit Modal > Show Time to Complete if active timesheets (same as on Job Worksheet)

    • The "time to complete" will now show on the job modal when there are active employees clocked into the job

Job Scheduler: Popover > Show employee preference

    • When viewing the job modal section of any customer who has a required or prefer employee, you will now see this when hovering over the job on the job schedule allowing you to easily and quickly see which employees are preferred or Required!  

Quote/Lead Search: Agreement filter and column

    • On the Estimate Search page, we have added a new column and filters to search by! The "Agree" column has been added with Icons, this should help partners track which bookings, and clients have agreed to their terms of service!

Quote/Lead Search: Last Note with Popover to Show Notes

    • The second feature that was added to the Search Leads/Quotes is the ability to hover over the Status of a lead/quote and see the last correspondence that was sent to the client

Sales KPIs: Non-Recurring Frequencies Should now Include One-Time Rate Mods

    • Some companies, use rate modifiers on single jobs to supplement, deep cleans, or extra time for the 1st time clean prior to recurring services. We have updated the Sales KPI to include One-Time Rate modifiers on frequencies that are non-recurring (single/on demand)

Sales KPIs Populate data 1/1/2022 through current.

    • Prior, we had only populated data for the new sales kpi for 1/1/2023, we have extended this and data is now available back to 1/1/2022

Bug fixes

Multiple bug fixes went out of this patch that affected all partners, included below is a list of those bugs

  • Bulk Rate Modifiers - Filters - Sytem not using all filters.

  • Consistency Report - Frequency Filters were not working correctly, this issue has been resolved

  • Customer Portal - No Logout Button on Mobile -

    • Customers should now see a logout button when viewing portrait mode on their phones

  • Terminated employees should no longer show on Sales KPIs

  • Invoicing & Jobs: Display the correct QBO Invoice Number (DocNumber instead of Id)

    • Invoice #s on the I&J should now match the number seen at the top of invoices when opened in MaidCentral

  • On the Way Text Option appearing early on the first job of the day

    • There was an issue with Teams who were assigned to start at their homes, we have implemented a 1-hour check for On the Way messages when being sent to the 1st job of the day. As such technicians should no longer receive the OTW modal when viewing their schedule days in advance

  • Employee Profile Productivity Numbers not matching employee stats

    • Productivity on the employee profile was experiencing an issue that if the value was = to 0 then the displayed productivity was not correct. This issue has been fixed and productivity on the employee profile is now correct. Quoting Tool - "Needs Contacted" - quoted date on lead

  • Quoting: Negative non-itemized rate mods are still be itemized

    • These negative rate mods show now be non itemized

  • Report: Customer Counts portlets should be full width (can't see data for many Scopes)

  • Report: Revenue by Week - has been rewritten to match the newer updated Sales KPI logic/data

  • Sales KPIs: Non-Recurring Frequencies Should now Include One-Time Rate Mods

  • Stats by Week - Update logic to match new Sales KPI report
