There are a number of things that can make MaidCentral's performance to slow. This can reflect in pages running slower, not loading, load incorrectly, or crash. To help with these type of issues please check the below.
Please Note : If you are experiencing MaidCentral Performance issues and believe they are not isolated to you, please contact MaidCentral Support through your Support Bubble in the bottom left of your MaidCentral site.
Troubleshooting Steps - Internet
You can confirm you Internet Speeds by going to https://www.speedtest.net/
Hit the big "GO" button and see your results
The standard rule of thumb is to have at least 100 Mbps internet speed per 10 users on your network. Therefor if you have 20 users you should have 200 Mbps.
This a minimum and you may see slight performance drops within MaidCentral due to amount of information you are pulling from the server to your device - This can differ from page to page depending on the needed resources
If you are seeing low internet performance first start by powering off your modem and router for a minimum of 1 minute. Once done power it back on, connect again and run another speed test
If your numbers are still low reach out to your internet provider
