How to Email or Text All Active Customers/Clients

With the Global Customer Campaign, you can easily send texts or emails to all of your customers or clients!  

Accessing the Global Customer Campaign

Go to Company > Settings > Campaigns > Global Customer Campaign to find this campaign.

Filter the Results

To pull all of your customers from all zones and with all billing terms, you can just click the search button without changing anything else! By default, this report will pull all of your customers and only exclude locked customers.

You can filter by zone, billing terms, and or YES or NO to the questions at the bottom of the section. You can use the pending jobs filter to only pull customers who have future jobs scheduled.

Ready to Send

Once you've created the list you'd like to email or text, click Generate Email/Text. For emails, you do need to choose a template in order to send it out. For texts, you can select from one of your existing templates, or you can type a message on the screen, and hit Send.
