Editing/Manual Scorecard Entries

Many times, a client may call in a score or feedback as opposed to answering it via their email.  They may have also accidentally clicked an incorrect desired score from their scorecard email that they'd like for you to update.

As Office staff, you can still change or edit the entry.

To do this, follow these steps:



OR: Search the customer Notes Tab

Find the survey that was sent for the cleaning in question that you would like to update.  Click on the score result you'd like to use.

Write any comments the customer left verbally.  Submit feedback.

For text scorecards, you can click on the link included in the text to open the scorecard survey page. You can then submit the desired scoring and feedback to update what was previously submitted.
