New Features
UTM Report for Marketing Analysis
Track the ROI of your marketing efforts with our brand-new UTM Report! This feature helps you understand exactly where your quote requests are coming from. Find this report under Reports > Customer Reports > UTM Report.
What you can do:
See which marketing campaigns, sources (Google, Facebook, etc.), and mediums (email, paid ads, etc.) are driving the most quote requests
View data in both summary format (grouped by marketing source) and detailed format (individual quotes with UTM data)
Filter results by date created or booked date to analyze campaign performance over time
This report makes it easy to identify which marketing channels deserve more investment and which ones need optimization.

Declined Payment Detection with CardConnect
We've automated the process of catching declined payments, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. Every night, MaidCentral now checks CardConnect funding reports and automatically:
Flags declined credit card and ACH payments in the system
Creates a follow-up ticket on the customer's account
Includes the QuickBooks Payment ID for easy manual voiding when needed
No more missed follow-ups on failed payments!
Stats by Week Report - Loss Tracking
Get better visibility into where you're losing recurring business! The Stats by Week report now includes three new columns:
Loss Customer: Track customers you've lost
Loss Home: Monitor homes no longer being serviced
Loss Service Set: See which service sets have been discontinued
These insights help you spot trends early and take proactive steps to reduce churn. Find this report under Company > Invoicing and Payroll > Stats by Week.

Payroll Summary Enhancements
We've added two helpful features to the Payroll Summary:
Flag Jobs with Tips but No Additional Pay
Quickly identify jobs that have tips recorded but don't have the corresponding Additional Pay linked to them. This will help catch any potential tips that have not been given to your employees

You can easily create an additional pay for the tip directly on the Payroll Summary if needed! Just click Create Add’l Pays, and a tip will be added and linked to the job. The Related Add’l Pays will show any tip additional pays created around that job date, to help check whether your employees have been paid already or still need to be.
Display Scopes for Stats by Week
See exactly which Scope Groups and Scopes of Work are selected for your Payroll Summary calculations. You can review and update these selections before closing out the week to ensure you’re counting certain data from specific scopes! For example, excluding commercial data so that it does not impact your Core KPIs.

Improvements
Tip Processing Notifications
Continuing to improve tip handling in the system, we’ve created an additional safeguard to make sure nothing is missed. If tip additional pays can't be created automatically due to incomplete timesheets, you'll now receive a notification ticket with the tip amount and job details, stating that “Tip Additional Pays were not automatically created due to incomplete timesheets,” making it easy to know if the additional pays need to be manually created.

Faster Daily Notifications
We've optimized the performance of daily notification emails so they send more quickly and reliably, even during peak usage times! Say goodbye to delays!
Bug Fixes
We've resolved several issues to improve your experience:
Calendar Events: Deleted events now properly display as cancelled and won't appear in your schedule
Quote Booking: Resolved an issue in franchise environments where quotes could be assigned to the wrong company
Payment Reconciliation: CardConnect reconciliation now shows unlinked transactions separately and highlights rejected transactions in red for easy identification
Tax Calculation Fixes:
Canadian customers marked as "Exempt" will no longer be incorrectly charged tax.
State tax now calculates correctly based on the customer's shipping address
