How to Submit a Ticket to Support
When you have an issue in MaidCentral where the software is not performing as you expected or you think that something may be broken, it is important to submit a ticket. Below are the steps for doing that.
In the bottom left hand of your MaidCentral site, you can click the blue support bubble.
From the menu, you can choose Submit a Ticket or Message Support to talk to a live MaidCentral Support Staff about your issue! Our chat is available from Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
Tickets
Choosing to open a ticket, you can click Submit a Ticket to be directed to our support site where you can fill out the information regarding your issue or question. If you are already on our support site on an article, you can just click Submit a Ticket on the top right of the page.
How to Help Us Out
The more information you can include in your initial submission of a ticket is a big help! Information such as who was impacted, what days are you looking into, what report you’re reviewing, etc., help our team provide a quicker turnaround and resolution to your issue or question.
