The new ability to automatically text scorecards to your customers in real-time went live Thursday, February 3. This is an exciting new feature that many have been waiting on and we're excited to share it with you.
To enable the Text Scorecard notifications, you will want to navigate to the customer level of the account and select the “Contacts” tab. From here, you can create an additional notification. Notifications are now broken into three categories: Reminders, Updates, and Other. In the “Other” section, you can now choose Scorecard. This will trigger the scorecard text to be sent to your customer as soon as the technician checks out of the job. Your customer can also set up this notification from their notification portal.
Under Company > Templates, you will find the new default texting template for sending Scorecards. This is called “Scorecard (text) - Scorecard.” Please feel free to make updates to your template as you see fit; the current text is as follows:
Hi ##C_FIRSTNAME##, Thank you for the opportunity to clean your home! Please take a minute to rate your home cleaning experience. Just text back 4,3,2,1 or 0 and you are all set. If you want to text additional comments you can. Thank You for your time and your feedback.
