Technician Notes Added for a Job

Examples of why a technician would want to send you a note from a job they're working on.

  • "Broke a lamp." 
  • "Did additional work per the customer's request. "
  • The customer changed their garage access code.  

MaidCentral offers a Technician Note field that can be found by clicking on the job from the technician portal.  They'll click Add Technician Note.  A popup box will display.  They'll enter the note and click Save.


The note is then sent to your internal company Dashboard as an Open Ticket.
