Features - Break options are determined at the company level. Depending on the company settings, technicians see paid breaks, unpaid breaks, or no breaks listed on the Technician Dashboard.
Breaks can be activated in two formats.
You are not allowed to start/end a break for a team member(s). (Other technicians who are assigned to the same Team as you for the day)
You are allowed to start/end a break for a team member(s). (Other technicians who are assigned to the same Team as you for the day)
Breaks can be taken in between jobs or while in progress on a job.
If Breaks are available for the company, technicians can tap the blue Start Break option to begin their break on the Technician Dashboard.
Once the break is completed, click the blue End Break option to end the break.
