How to Submit a Ticket to Support

When having an issue in MaidCentral where the software is not performing how you expected, or you think that something may be broken, it is important to submit a ticket. Below are the steps on how to do that. 

 

In the bottom left hand of your MaidCentral site, or from https://support.maidcentral.com/hc/en-us you can click the blue support bubble.

Once Clicked it will come up with a bot where you can choose "submit a ticket." or "Live Chat" to report or talk to a live MaidCentral Support Staff about your issue!

Tickets

Choosing to open a ticket, you will get prompts seen below to Create a new ticket, or view All tickets

When creating a ticket you will be directed to the page seen below, to provide the necessary information to contact support and open a ticket

PLEASE NOTE: Scroll in that form to make sure you fill out all the fields. Including as specific detail as possible, screenshots or screen recordings if possible to help our team in not only supporting your issue but in resolving the issue as well.
