Resource Center
Our Resource Center offers numerous guides to assist with common issues and questions. This is a great place to start and find information that can help, including training guides and access to our live support calls. You can go to https://support.maidcentral.com/ to access our resource center. You can also access our Resource Center by clicking on your email address on the top right of the page in your MaidCentral account and selecting Help Documentation.
Live Chats
In the bottom left-hand of your MaidCentral site, you can click the blue support bubble to start a chat. Our chat is available from Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM EST. If you submit a chat outside of those hours or are unable to stay on the chat, but would like a follow-up, just leave your email, and our team will get back to you.

Tickets
To open a ticket, click "Support Ticket" on the top right and fill out the form. Our team will follow up via email.
How to Help Us Out
The more information you can include in your initial ticket submission, the better. Information such as who was impacted, what days you're looking into, what report you’re reviewing, etc., helps our team provide a quicker turnaround and resolution to your issue or question.
