When it comes to using the different sections of MaidCentral Instructions, follow these PRO TIPS
- Home Information -- From the Home Level of a customers account you can access specific fields of instructions that will show up each time you have a job for that home. This is where you keep information that any technician would need to know, each and every time they go to that house.
- Special Instructions -- Important instructions that you want the techs to see each visit. EX. Dusting is of the utmost importance to the customer. Do not touch the blue vase on the kitchen table.
- Pet Instructions -- EX. Their two dogs, Rowdy and Beau will be out back while you clean.
- Directions -- EX. Be sure to park on the right hand side of the driveway.
- Special Equipment -- EX. Must wear shoe covers.
- Waste Disposal -- This is used to provide details about where the technician(s) can find the outside trash can. EX. On the side of the house by the garage door.
- Access Information EX. Customer will be home. OR The garage code is 1515#
- Internal Memo -- This field is viewable by your internal office staff only.
- Service Set Level -- If a customer has you clean their whole house one week and the downstairs only the next week, you will have two service sets create. If there are certain things the technicians need to know during a specific service set job, you would use these sections to update those details.
- Special Instructions -- EX. Be sure to vacuum all stairs when cleaning the whole house.
- Special Equipment -- EX. Need an extender pole to dust vaulted ceilings when cleaning the whole house.
- Job Instructions -- This would be used if you have instructions that only apple to one specific job. EX. Be sure to clean inside the oven this visit. The customer is paying extra for this to be completed.
