Troubleshooting -- Can I use the Same Email Address to Access More than One Portal in MaidCentral?

Can an employee or a customer use the same email address to login to separate portals?

No, an email address can only be used once inside MaidCentral.

PRO TIP -  Do you use a gmail.com email account?  If so, Google offers an awesome feature that allows you to use the same inbox just by adding a plus sign + into your email address plus an additional word.
