How to Setup a Reminder for Personal Phone Call Notifications

Features - You'll find there are customers who still like the personal touch and want to hear from a live person in your office with information about when their next house cleaning is.  Follow the steps below on how to set up a personal phone call reminder notification.

  • Customer Level of the Account

  • Contacts Tab

  • Select Create Notification

  • What Type of Notification  

    • Personal Phone Call

  • How would you like notification

    • Select Home, Cell, Business or Additional Phone

  • When would you like notified

    • Select from the available selections

  • Click Create Notification

An open ticket will appear on your Dashboard reminding you to make a personal phone call to that customer with the details of their upcoming cleaning.  



PLEASE NOTE -- Personal Phone Call Reminder Notifications do not work for On The Way, Job Started, or Job Completed.  Those three reminder notification types are generated by the technician in the field when they are on the way to the job, check in to the job, or check out of the job.
