When Does a Scorecard Send?

Scorecards - 
A scorecard will only be sent after the final employee/technician checks out of a job. If an employee was still clocked in when a time record was added by the office user a scorecard will not be sent.

A scorecard email will then be sent to the customer's who are designated to receive Scorecards within a minute or two after the last technician checks out of the job.
