Tag Description: Out of Rotation

MaidCentral has many default tags, one of which is the "Out Of Rotation Tag" this article describes and explains when/why the system applies this tag

• Clients whose service sets are, every week/Bi-Weekly/Monthly are considered "on rotation" by the system If the customer or office decides to move my job that will make that recurring job out of rotation, and the tag will appear on that job.
• If you schedule an individual job outside of a customer's recurring schedule, it will also be marked as out of rotation.
• If the frequency recurring status is On Demand, or Other Recurring, all individual jobs you schedule for them are tagged Out of Rotation. (Because they don't have a rotation)
