Troubleshooting -- QBO Why am I Unable to Connect Two Different Customers Who Happen to Have the Same Name?

Troubleshooting - 
It will not let me connect as a new client. HELP!!

QBO, does not allow for customers to have the exact same name in their platform. A work around is to add a Mr. Ms. Mrs. in front of the customers first name. Another option would be to add a middle initial. You do this by editing the customers name from the orange edit box clicking the pencil the click Save Customer.

Refresh the page.

After that, go back to the Quickbooks tab on their account and click the green QB connect button again. This will now allow you to create that new customer in QBO.
